VTC ESPS

Electrostatic Precipitators

VTC ESPs deliver 99.9% particulate collection efficiency, helping Thai industries meet stringent environmental regulations while maintaining operational uptime.

Technical Specifications

Engineered for high-volume industrial flue gas treatment with proven reliability across power plants, cement kilns, and steel mills.

  • Collection Efficiency: ≤20 mg/Nm³ outlet
  • Dust Handling: Hundreds of mg/Nm³
  • Operating Voltage: 50kV DC ionization system
  • Emission Control: Meets Thailand's strictest air quality standards

How ESPs Work

Electrostatic precipitators use high-voltage electrical fields to remove particulate matter from industrial exhaust gases.

01

Ionization

Dust particles enter the ESP and pass through a corona discharge field (50kV), acquiring a negative charge.

02

Collection

Charged particles migrate to positively charged collection plates through electrostatic attraction.

03

Removal

Accumulated dust is periodically dislodged via mechanical rapping, falling into collection hoppers.

04

Clean Exhaust

Cleaned gas exits the ESP at 99.9% purity, meeting environmental compliance standards.
